Highlights include the 7th-century Sioni Church with its intricate frescoes and the grand Sameba Cathedral, one of the tallest Eastern Orthodox churches. Overnight in Tbilisi

Leaving Tbilisi, we journey towards the breathtaking Dashbashi Canyon, known for its lush greenery and dramatic cliffs. At Paravani Lake, Georgia’s largest alpine lake, we visit Poka St. Nino Nunnery, a peaceful retreat producing handmade cheese and chocolate. The day ends with a visit to Vardzia, a stunning 12th-century cave monastery carved into the cliffs, once a thriving medieval city and an essential cultural and religious center. Overnight in Vardzia

We begin the day at Rabati Fortress, a sprawling complex with influences from Ottoman, Persian, and Georgian architecture. Next, we visit Borjomi, famous for its mineral water springs and lush national park. The day continues at Bagrati Cathedral, an architectural masterpiece from the 11th century and a symbol of Georgia’s unification. In the evening, enjoy an authentic Georgian dinner and wine tasting with a local family. Overnight in Kutaisi

Traveling deep into the Caucasus Mountains, we pass through breathtaking landscapes, canyons, and ancient "tower villages," built centuries ago for defense. On the way, we stop at the impressive Enguri Dam, one of the highest arch dams in the world, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight in Mestia

A thrilling off-road journey takes us through the Caucasus mountains to Ushguli, one of Europe’s highest continuously inhabited villages, nestled at the foot of the mighty Mount Shkhara. The village, with its iconic medieval stone towers, feels like stepping back in time. Capture the breathtaking contrast of ancient towers against snow-capped peaks. Overnight in Mestia

Descending from the mountains, we head towards the Black Sea coast, stopping along the way to photograph the changing landscapes. Stopping at Martvili canyon. Arriving in Batumi, a vibrant seaside city, we explore its charming blend of old and modern architecture, seaside promenade, and botanical gardens. Overnight in Batumi
