Itinerary

 Arrival at Tbilisi International Airport.  Meet with the guide and driver.  Transfer to the hotel for check-in and rest.  Overnight in Tbilisi. Meals: No meals included.

 Breakfast at the hotel.  Explore Tbilisi, Georgia’s capital since the 5th century: o Metekhi Church - A historic church overlooking the Mtkvari River. o Sulfur Baths - A legendary spot that inspired Tbilisi’s founding. o Narikala Fortress - Originally built in the 4th century, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. o Tbilisi Wine Museum - Discover Georgia’s 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition.  Visit the National Museum of Georgia, exploring its famous Gold Treasury.  Return to the hotel for some rest before dinner.  Welcome dinner at a traditional restaurant featuring a Georgian folk show.  Overnight in Tbilisi.  Breakfast at the hotel.  Depart for Imereti, a region in western Georgia.  Stop in Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital: o Jvari Monastery (6th century) - A UNESCO-listed masterpiece of early Christian architecture. o Svetitskhoveli Cathedral - A sacred site where Christ’s robe is believed to be buried.  Lunch and wine tasting at Château Mukhrani, a historic Georgian royal winery. Tour the estate, vineyards, and cellars.  Continue to local family winery. Experience the small-scale, organic winemaking traditions of Imereti.  Evening arrival in Kutaisi, check-in at the hotel.  Overnight in Kutaisi. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.

 Breakfast at the hotel.  Visit Kutaisi Farmers’ Market - an authentic experience filled with fresh produce, spices, nuts, cheeses, and local specialties.  Continue to Martvili Canyon, where a boat ride on the Abasha River unveils stunning limestone cliffs, waterfalls, and lush scenery.  Visit Oda Martvili, a winery founded by Zaza Gagua and Keto Ninidze. This unique family-run estate produces wines using rare Megrelian grape varieties. Enjoy a wine tasting and learn about their journey from Tbilisi to Samegrelo.  Overnight in Kutaisi.  Breakfast at the hotel.  Visit Gelati Monastery (12th century) - A UNESCO-listed monastic complex founded by King David the Builder.  Return to Tbilisi.  Visit Sarajishvili Brandy Factory, Georgia’s most famous cognac producer since 1884.  Breakfast at the hotel.  Depart for Kakheti, Georgia’s renowned wine region, via the scenic Gombori Pass.  Explore Telavi, the historic capital of Kakheti.  Visit Alaverdi Monastery (11th century) - an ancient monastery with a centuries-old winemaking tradition.  Visit Lagazi Winery in Alvani and meet Shota Lagazidze, a rising star in Georgia’s natural wine scene.
